What is the difference between a classified listing and a hot vacancy listing? |

Hot
Vacancy is the premium posting offered on our site. You not only get an
option to write about the Company profile, Job Profile and the desired
candidate profile without any space constraints, you also get to add
your company logo on the advertisement. You also get an option of
collecting responses on multiple email ids.
On the other hand,
Classifieds have a limited space capacity, do not allow you to add the
company logo and allows you to list only up to 2 email ids to collect
responses.
Most importantly, job alerts are sent out only for Hot Vacancy Postings, thus allowing a wider reach among the job seekers.

Can I add my company logo in classified listings? |

No. Classified postings have only a limited space capacity and do not allow you to add the company logo. |

What is the difference between a super user and a sub user? |
| |
A
super user is the one under whose name the employers account is
created. Only a super user has authority over administrative rights
such as create/delete subusers, access account usage information,
modify sub user rights etc. Ideally, a Super user should not share
his/her account login information.
A sub user is the one who has authority over rights to post jobs, edit
jobs and receive responses. Again, a subuser is not advised to share
login information, to avoid account misuse.
A super user like a subuser can also post, edit and refresh jobs.

How can I post a job on your site? |

To
be able to post a job, you need to have a recruiter’s account with
Naukri.com . Once you have an active subscription, you can logon to
your account and get to the job posting form by clicking on ‘Post a hot
vacancy’ or ‘Post a classified’ link. Once you have filled up the form
(page 1 and 2), you can preview your job posting and post the
advertisement. |

How soon will a job advertisement appear on your site once I have posted it? |

Once posted, it takes a maximum of 2 hours for your job advertisement to appear on our site. |

For how long will the posted jobs be advertised on your site and till when can I receive responses for the same? |

All
jobs remain live on the site for 30 days from the date of posting the
advertisement. However, if refreshed during the 30 day period, the job
will remain on the site for 30 days from the date of refresh. Job
seekers can view and respond to the advertisement, till the time it is
live on the site.. |

What is the Refresh option? |

You
can refresh your job advertisement to extend its duration on the site.
Each refresh consumes a job from your job advertisement quota. This
implies that if you have subscribed to a pack of 5, you can either post
5 jobs or post one job and refresh it 4 times. Also, if you have
purchased a single job posting, you will not be able to refresh it.
Single postings purchased are a one time posting that cannot be
refreshed or edited. |

How can I edit my job posting? |

You
can edit your job listings by using the ‘Edit / Modify Postings’ link
after login to your account. Please note, an edit would mean that you
are consuming a fresh posting, as your job advertisement gets refreshed
to remain live on the site for 30 days from the date of the last edit.
Hence, if you have purchased a single posting, you will not be able to
edit the same. |

Please explain the different packages available for sale. |

Hot Vacancy Packs and Subscriptions
- Single posting hot vacancy– One time posting. Cannot be edited or refreshed.
- Pack of 5/10/15 Hot Vacancies – you can post up to 5/10/15
vacancies respectively. The pack remains valid for a year from the date
of purchase. However, each posting once posted will remain on the site
for 30 days from the date of posting the advertisement.
- 1 / 3 months Hot Vacancy Subscriptions – You get a duration based
subscription with a very high upper cap on the number of postings
allowed. You get 100 postings for one month subscription and 250
postings for a 3 month subscription. This lends you flexibility in
posting, refreshing and editing the jobs for the duration of the
subscription purchased.
Classified Listing and Subscription
- Single Classified Listing - One time posting. Cannot be edited or refreshed.
- Classified Listings : Annual Subscription – The subscription is
valid for a period of 12 months with an upper cap of 1000 classified
postings that can be utilized over a period of one year.
