How can I search for candidates on Resdex? |

Resdex allows you to search using 4 major tools – Advanced Search, Role Search,
Basic Search and Full CV. Broadly, you can specify a number of criteria’s to search
the right candidates. These include : keywords, Institutes, Current Employer,
Experience level, Current Industry, Current functional area, current location and
many more ….

I am the super user of this account, but I cannot search on Resdex. Why? |

As
a super user of the resdex account, you can exercise administrative
rights such as create/delete sub users, view usage MIS etc. However, to
search on resdex, the recruiter has to be logged in with the sub user
login information. |

How many recruiters can search on resdex at one time? |
| |
Only
one sub user can login and search resumes at a time. This implies,
simultaneous logins by more than one person is not allowed (using the
same login information.).You can buy more logins and create sub users
in order to allow more recruiters to search at the same time.
Additional Logins can be purchased by paying an additional amount. |

Can I contact candidates registered with Naukri.com? |
| |
Yes.
There are multiple ways to get in touch with the registered candidates
on our site. You can use the contact information provided by the
candidates. You can send out emails from your resdex account to the
candidates. You could also use the Insta Hire Services, through which
you can send out instant SMS messages to the mobile numbers of

Can I save previously done searches? |

Yes
you can. Resdex allows you to save your search as a Search Agent. You
can select the criterias and save the same. You can modify the
criterias if you so wish. You could also set alerts for saved searches
to get new resumes added to the database and matching the saved
criterias are emailed to your inbox. |

Can I save resume’s that I like during my search? |
| |
Yes.
Resdex subscription allows you to perform actions such as shortlist,
reject, download resume’s. It also allows you to create and maintain
folders online for your convenience. Please note, folders created under
a specific sub user login will be accessible only through that login to
ensure security. You can however assign rights to share information
among sub users. |

How can the usage of this account be monitored? |
| |
As
a Super user, you could monitor the activities of the sub users for the
number of logins, duration of logins, candidates contacted etc.
As a sub user, you can view MIS’ on activity done through your own account.
