What features does the Job Posting have?
Job posting subscription with Naukri.com, brings more than just a form. Additional features help you post your job easily, manage your job openings conveniently and manage responses being received efficiently.
- Auto- Fill: You can select previously posted jobs to fill details while posting a new job. The option is available on the job posting form itself.
- Auto-Save: Details being entered by you are saved every few minutes to ensure that data is not lost during loss in network connections or in case of session time-out. The draft can be recovered from ‘Manage Jobs’ section from the Drafts Tab.
- Auto-Refresh: Allows you to set a frequency for refreshing your job postings on the site. Refreshing your job increases its visibility on the site for 30 more days from the date of refresh. Refreshing is not allowed in case you have single job posting subscription.
- Response Manager: Your online application manager tool to help you review multiple applications at once, sort by relevance or by date, shortlist/put on-hold/reject applications using folders, download word resumes of candidates.

How many users from one company can access the same account for posting jobs?
You can have up to 10 sub-users posting jobs from one company. Each account has one super-user(administrator), who can create multiple sub-user logins.
A super user is the one under whose name the employers account is created. Only a super user has authority over administrative rights such as create/delete sub-users, access account usage information, modify sub user rights etc. Ideally, a Super user should not share his/her account login information.
A sub user is the one who has authority over rights to post jobs, edit jobs and receive responses. Again, a sub user is not advised to share login information, to avoid account misuse.
A super user like a sub user can also post, edit and refresh jobs.

How can I post a job on www.naukri.com?
To post a job, you need to have a recruiter’s account with Naukri.com . Once you have an active subscription, you can logon to your account and get to the job posting form by clicking on ‘Post a hot vacancy’ or ‘Post a classified’ link. Once you have filled up the one page form, you can preview your job posting and post the advertisement.

How soon will a job advertisement appear on your site once I have posted it?
Once posted, it takes a maximum of 2 hours for your job advertisement to appear on our site.

For how long will the posted be advertised on your site and till when can I receive responses for the same?
All jobs remain live on the site for 30 days from the date of posting the advertisement. However, if refreshed during the 30 day period, the job will remain on the site for 30 days from the date of refresh. Job seekers can view and respond to the advertisement, till the time it is live on the site.

What is the Refresh option?
You can refresh your job advertisement to extend its duration on the site. Each refresh consumes a job from your job advertisement quota. This implies that if you have subscribed to a pack of 5, you can either post 5 jobs or post one job and refresh it 4 times. Also, if you have purchased a single job posting, you will not be able to refresh it. Single postings purchased are a one-time posting that cannot be refreshed or edited.

Can I refresh one job any number of times. If yes, how?
Yes, you can refresh one job many times. However, refreshing a job credits a job posting, and hence you can refresh jobs till you have job counts available in your account.
The Auto-Refresh Feature available in the job Posting form and manage jobs section allows you to set the frequency for refreshing jobs. Once you have set the frequency, the jobs get refreshed automatically in the duration set.

Can I edit my job posting?
You can edit your job listings from the Manage Jobs section. Find the job you wish to edit using either the search or other filters available on the page, and clicking on the Modify icon in front of that job.

Will I receive all applications on my e-mail id?
There are a few options available to receive responses.
e-mails and Response Manager : this option will send all applications to the e-mail id specified by you to receive applications. Applications sent through the site will also be available online in your response manager account.
Offline: In case you wish to receive applications only offline, i.e., on a physical address, you may select this option.
e-apps: e-Apps is a premium application management software, available at an additional cost. It allows you to filter applications, pre-screen applications, manage applications using folders, search from the application database, download in word/excel and html formats, and much more.

Do I have any control on what kind of applications I wish to receive or can anyone apply to my job? In other words, I do not wish to get junk applications for my jobs.
To minimize irrelevant applications reaching your inbox, you should 'Apply filters'. The option is available on the job posting form itself.
The filter judges each application n the basis if the job details entered by you and decides on the relevance of the application before it reaches your inbox. If the application does not match the job requirement, it is marked irrelevant and not sent to your email id. In case you still wish to view the applications, you can do so from your response manager account. All irrelevant applications are available in the folder named 'un-matched'.
