Naukri brings to you Insta Hire using which you can reach out to job seekers through SMS and receive instant job apply. SMS is a high-impact medium compared to an email. Survey shows that most of the SMS are read and responded to within an hour time frame. Emails on the other hand have significantly longer response time, pass through mail accounts spam filters before reaching out to the intended audience. Recognizing this power of SMS, Naukri has launched its mobility products under Insta Hire.
We offer two variants of SMS products:
- Insta Recruit or Insta Recruit Plus
- Insta Contact or Insta Contact Plus
Insta Recruit or Insta Recruit Plus
With this service, recruiters can select and short-list the candidates they want to recruit. An SMS is sent to these targeted candidates and if they are interested in the job, they can reply to the SMS to get details of the job profile.
How does this work?
- Search for candidates in Resdex.
- Select relevant candidates.
- Send SMS to selected candidates or conduct Mass campaigns.
- Receive instant responses from candidates as they apply through an built apply mechanism in the SMS.
- Job apply is automatically registered in the Response Manager & sent out to Recruiter as an email with the candidates profile on Naukri.
Insta Contact or Insta Contact Plus
If you don’t have Resdex subscription but want to reach out to candidates on SMS, you can Insta Contact or Insta Contact Plus.
How does this work?
- Recruiter’s Specify Targetting criteria for the Job & Text of SMS (Job Description) that needs to be sent to Job Seekers
- Naukri Ops team conducts the search and sends out the SMS to suitable candidates on Recruiter’s behalf
- Receive responses in your email and in the Response Manager.
